Specifically they have identified IAN 109/8; TA 60/90; TA83/05; TA74/05; TD33/05 (this may not be a complete list). The initial report from HE was produced in December 2017 and can be accessed from the Gov.UK website. The DfT public consultation on this document closed on 7th February.
